What to Contact Us About
- Corrections: if a date, fee or rule on our site is wrong or out of date, please send the page link and, if possible, the official source. We review and correct promptly.
- School fee structures: schools are welcome to send their official 2026 fee document. We publish fee articles only from a school’s own document, and we do not charge for listings.
- Suggestions: tell us which CBC topics you would like explained.
What We Cannot Help With
We are not the Ministry of Education or KNEC. We cannot change placements, release results or process bursaries. For those, contact your child’s school, your Sub-County Education Office or the relevant agency. We also cannot give personal advice about a specific child’s results, though our guides may help you ask the right questions.
