School Dashboard

This is where a school that has bought a CBC Guides school licence adds learners, prints their login slips and follows their results. Only the account that bought the licence can open it.

How the dashboard works

  1. Add learners. Type names one per line and, if you like, a class such as “Grade 9 East”. We create a username and a 6-character password for each learner. No learner email or phone number is needed.
  2. Print the slips. Passwords are shown once, on cut-out slips with the login address (cbcguide.co.ke/login/). If a learner forgets, set a new password from the results table.
  3. Learners revise. Every practice paper, holiday pack and revision book opens for them while the licence is active.
  4. Follow results. Each finished paper appears in the register: papers done, average score and a guide band on the KJSEA 8-level scale, with class and per-paper averages. Download it as a CSV for staff meetings.

Removing a learner frees the seat and deletes their scores. The bands are a guide based on practice papers, not official KNEC levels. Need more seats or help? Contact us. No licence yet? See the options for schools.
