Revision Books

Our revision books are printable PDFs built from the same original papers you can sit online on CBC Guides, with short must-know notes in front and every answer explained at the back. They are made for families who want their child to revise on paper, away from a screen, in the final days before a national assessment.

Which book for which child

A Grade 9 learner sitting KJSEA from 26 to 30 October 2026 needs the KJSEA Revision Book: eight learning areas, eleven practice papers and 426 explained answers in 80 pages. A Grade 6 learner sitting KPSEA from 26 to 28 October needs the KPSEA Revision Book: Mathematics, English and Integrated Science, six practice papers and 220 explained answers in 40 pages. For Grades 4, 5, 7 and 8, whose exams are school-based this term, the December holiday packs are the better buy.

How these books are different

Most revision PDFs sold in Kenya are a stack of past-style papers with a bare answer key. Ours explain every answer in a sentence, so a parent can help without being a teacher, and each chapter opens with the handful of rules that decide most marks. Everything is original CBC Guides material, written to the KICD curriculum designs and checked by the CBC Guides team. We never resell KNEC papers or publishers’ books.

What each book includes

  • Notes per learning area, in the order of the 2026 KNEC timetable.
  • Full practice papers at the real time limits, with working space where the real paper expects written answers.
  • Answers with explanations, a day-by-day plan, a score tracker and an exam-night checklist.

Online or on paper?

Both, if you can. The online revision papers mark themselves and show weak topics instantly; the books are for the table, the pen and the clock. The Monthly Pass and the 7-day free trial include the books, all holiday packs and every online paper.
