What is in the joining instructions
Expect the fees structure and how to pay, the reporting date and time, the uniform list, a shopping list (box, bedding, stationery, toiletries for boarders), medical forms and the documents to bring: the printed letter, birth certificate copy, KJSEA result slip, NEMIS/UPI number and passport photos. Build your list with the reporting list builder and price it with school uniform costs in Kenya and senior school fees.
If you do not like the school
For 2026, change requests went through the junior school head, only where the senior school had declared vacancies, and approved replacements received letters online only. See Grade 10 placement appeal and changing pathway in senior school.
