Sponsor a learner in Kenya

Quick answer: KSh 1,500 (about $12, £9 or €10) gives one Kenyan learner a full year of online CBC revision: daily quizzes, mock exams, past papers with marking schemes and national rankings. Partner schools and teachers choose learners who cannot afford it. You get a private report showing how the seats are used.

How it works

  1. Choose a package and pay securely through Paystack (card or M-Pesa).
  2. We create one access code per learner and give the codes to partner schools and teachers, who pass them to learners who need them.
  3. Each learner gets 365 days of access on any phone. You get a private impact report with totals only.

What your sponsorship pays for

  • Unlimited CBC quizzes and mock exams for Grades 4 to 9
  • Full past papers and marking schemes for KPSEA and KJSEA revision
  • Progress tracking and a place in the national practice rankings

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to sponsor a learner?

KSh 1,500 (about $12) covers one learner for a year. Five learners cost KSh 7,000 and a class of 40 costs KSh 39,000.

Who receives the sponsored places?

Partner schools and teachers nominate learners who cannot pay. You can name a preferred county at checkout.

Will I see the children?

No. To protect children, the impact report shows totals only: seats activated, quizzes completed, average improvement and certificates. It never shows names or photos.

Is this a donation to a charity?

No. CBC Guides is an education company, not a registered charity, so payments are not tax-deductible. You are buying a year of access for a learner.
